UPDATE: Shooting at Deacons Road

Police officers are investigating a shooting incident at Deacons Road, St Michael earlier today.

Police public relations officer Acting Inspector Rodney Inniss confirmed that there was a shooting but said details would be shared later in a media statement.

Meanwhile, some people who were in the area at the time reported hearing about ten shots being fired. Reports are that three men were standing by a car when the shooting started along Deacons Road. (KG)
