Notice: Technical difficulties at Ambulance Service

The Queen Elizabeth Hospitals’ (QEH) Emergency Ambulance Service (EAS) is currently experiencing technical difficulties in receiving calls via its 511 telephone number.

As such, people requiring this service are urged to contact the service at 536-3170.

The board of the QEH has given the assurance that the source of the disruption is being jointly investigated by the QEH Information Systems Department and the relevant telecommunications provider; and that every effort is being made to resolve this issue in a timely manner. (PR)
