Accused men in serious criminal cases to reappear on June 10

The Royal Barbados Police Force has made significant breakthroughs in several serious criminal matters affecting jurisdictions islandwide.

The accused all appeared at District ‘A’ Criminal Court No. 2 before Magistrate Manila Renee today, where they were not required to plead to any of the charges. They were all remanded and are all scheduled to reappear on June 10, at the same court.

The individuals and charges are listed below.

In the District ‘A’ Station area:

  1. For the offences of endangering life, criminal damage, violent disorder and use of firearm which occurred on May 6, 2021 at Esso Tweedside Road, St Michael out of a shooting incident, police have charged:
  • Jahcoby Nathaniel Gill, 21, of Greenfield, St Michael.
  • Tyrese Ricardo Marshall, 23, of Walkers Valley St George and Greenfield, St Michael.
  • Stephon Davidson Freeman, 21, of Greenfield, St Michael.
  1. For the offences of use of firearm, serious bodily harm to Shaquon St Pierre and serious bodily harm to Romario Bignall, which occurred on June 7, 2020 out of a shooting incident at the Garden Land, St Michael, police have charged:
  • Jacoby Nathaniel Gill, 21, of Greenfield, St Michael.
  • Stephon Davidson Freeman, 21, of Greenfield, St Michael.
  1. For the offences of use of firearm and endangering the life of Kezra Lewis-Wilson which occurred on November 24, 2020 out of a shooting incident at Fordes Land, Country Road, St Michael, police have charged:
  • Stephon Davidson Freeman, 21, of Greenfield St, Michael.

In the Central Station area:

  1. For the offences of use of firearm, violent disorder, serious bodily harm to Brian Griffith, serious bodily harm to Myles Pinder which occurred on May 1, 2021 at Hutson Alley, St Michael, police have charged:
  • Larry Whitneil Marco Clarke, 41, of Greenfield St Michael
  • Jahcoby Nathaniel Gill, 21, of Greenfield, St Michael.
  • Stephon Davidson Freeman, 21, of Greenfield, St Michael.
  • Roshawne Romario Gibbes, 23, of Greenfield, St Michael.
  1. For the offence of possession of ammunition which occurred on May 7, 2021 after a search warrant was executed at his residence, police charged:
  • Stephon Davidson Freeman, 21, of Greenfield, St Michael.

In the District ‘B’ Station area:

  1. For the offence of aggravated burglary which occurred on April 18, 2021 at Regency Park, Christ Church, police formally charged:
  • Jaleel Greenidge, 29, of Greenfield, St Michael.
  • Tyrese Ricardo Marshall, 23, of Walkers Valley, St George and Greenfield, St Michael.
  • Roshawne Romario Gibbes, 23, Greenfield, St Michael.
