It will be a trial for gun accused Kyle Tito Wesley Lovell.

This comes after the 27-year-old pleaded guilty to gun and ammunition possession yesterday, but later took issue with the written statement in his matters, saying he did not freely give it.

Lovell, of St Stephen’s Hill Landing Scheme, St Michael, was in the No. 5A Supreme Court where he was arraigned with having a .22 Magnum calibre revolver and 23 rounds of .22-calibre ammunition on March 8, 2019.

He was represented by attorney Verla De Peiza while Crown Counsel Romario Straker appeared for the Crown. (HLE)
