No new virus cases

Barbados did not record any new cases of coronavirus (COVID-19) on Monday, June 21, from the 437 tests conducted by the Best-dos Santos Public Health Laboratory.

Ten people are in isolation.

Since March 2020, confirmed COVID-19 cases have reached 4 045 – 1 955 females and 2 090 males – and 47 people have died.

To date, the public health laboratory has carried out 180 702 tests.

Under the National Vaccination Programme for COVID-19, 92 305 people have received first doses of the vaccine, while 66 675 people have been given second doses and are fully vaccinated. (BGIS)
