The Ministry of Education, Technological and Vocational Training (METVT) wishes to inform the public that any scheduled face-to-face classes at all schools will resume tomorrow, Thursday, July 1.  Students should adhere to the set schedule by their respective schools.

In addition, all Caribbean Examinations Council (CXC) exams, CSEC and CAPE, scheduled for tomorrow will proceed as planned.

The latest weather bulletin from the Barbados Meteorological Service indicates that Barbados is under a tropical storm watch, with the possibility of weather affecting the island early Friday morning.

As a result, the Ministry will continue to monitor the situation and will make any adjustments as the situation warrants, with regards to the operation of school on Friday, July 2, as well as the CXC examinations scheduled for that day.

The public is encouraged to stay tuned for further updates. (METVT)
