Shooting death in The City

Police are on the scene of a shooting at the Constitution River Terminal in The City.

A man, who was said to be liming at one of the kiosks, was shot and killed while sitting in a chair.

One onlooker said he was passing through the van stand on his way home when he heard two gun shots.
