Kingston – West Indies won the toss and chose to field against Pakistan on the first day of the second Test on Friday at Sabina Park in Jamaica.

Both teams made one change to their line-ups from the previous match, with the Windies bringing in Alzarri Joseph to replace left-arm spinner Jomel Warrican, and the Pakistanis replacing leg-spinner Yasir Shah with left-arm spinner Nauman Ali.

West Indies lead the two-match series 1-0, after a one-wicket victory inside four days in the first Test that ended last Sunday at the same venue.

The Test will be played behind closed doors because of the impact that the COVID-19 pandemic is having in the country.
