COVID death No. 79 in Barbados

A 52-year-old Barbadian woman is the island’s 79th COVID-19 casualty.

She passed away on Saturday afternoon after spending nine days in isolation.  She had comorbidities and was unvaccinated.

Minister of Health and Wellness, Lieutenant Colonel Jeffrey Bostic, extended condolences to the family and friends of the deceased. (BGIS)
