Three more COVID deaths

Three more people died from COVID-19 over the previous two days, taking the total in Barbados to 84.

On Monday morning, a 92-year-old Barbadian woman with no known comorbidities died at the Blackman and Gollop Isolation facility. She was unvaccinated.

A 96-year-old Barbadian male also died at Harrison Point Isolation facility on the same day. He was unvaccinated and had a pre-existing condition.

The third death occurred on Sunday in the Accident and Emergency of the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, but the positive COVID-19 result was confirmed on Monday. The 85-year-old Barbadian woman was unvaccinated and had co-morbidities.  (PR/SAT)
