Stay connected with loved ones at Psychiatric Hospital, ministry says

As a result of the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak at the Psychiatric Hospital, all visits by family and friends have been temporarily discontinued.

Management and staff of the Psychiatric Hospital have given the assurance that they are committed to keeping concerned loved ones informed and connected.

People desirous of contacting a resident of the Psychiatric Hospital may call 536-3026/ 3027/ 3033/ 3091 any day of the week.

The Psychiatric Hospital is working to keep residents, staff and the wider community safe from the threat of COVID-19 and encourages members of the public to:

  • Wear their masks correctly
  • Wash their hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds
  • Stay at home if they are sick
  • Call the doctor if they develop a fever, cough, or difficulty breathing
