Man rescued from well in Christ Church

Police are conducting investigations after a man was rescued after falling into a well on Wednesday at Edgerton Road in Christ Church.

Paramedics examined the man on the scene before taking him away for further medical treatment after he was removed from the well about 9:15 p.m.

According to police, they received a call from the man about 6:26 p.m. that he fell into an open well located in a bushy area near the Blackman Gollop Primary School and was trapped.

Police said the man reported he was running away from two men through the shrubbery when he fell into an open well.
