Sunday’s second murder victim identified

Barbados’ latest murder victim has been identified as Mark Anthony Armstrong, 47, of Hothersal Turning, St Michael.

Armstrong was shot and ran into the Granville Williams Bus Terminal at Fairchild Street where he collapsed and died around 10:15 p.m. on Sunday.

It was recorded as the 37th murder for the year and the second for the day.

Around 10:40 in the morning, 22-year-old Kobe Shepherd was shot multiple times about the body by the pillion rider on a motorcycle. He was taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital for treatment, but was pronounced dead on arrival. (PR/SAT)
