The Ionics Desalination Plant, located along the Mighty Grynner Highway, is fully back online.

Customers in the distribution systems may have been affected as a result of the plant going offline yesterday evening, because of a nearby warehouse fire in Brighton, St Michael.

The water pressure in those areas will gradually return to normal. However, as a temporary measure, the Barbados Water Authority will continue to assist residents still impacted via water tanker. (PR/SAT)
