Officials from the Barbados and St Vincent and the Grenadines Football Associations are trying to find a window to play their international friendly.

The match, which was scheduled to kick off at 8 p.m. on Wednesday at the Wildey Turf, could not be played because of lighting issues.

It was originally postponed to 8:30 p.m. and a technician was brought in. Unfortunately, after two failed attempts, the Barbados Football Association made an official announcement at 8:50 p.m. to the spectators who were still at the venue.

Officials are hoping it can be played either Friday or Saturday, but that is contingent on the visiting side’s travel itinerary. (Nation Sports)
