Heavy traffic in The City

Date:

Share post:

Traffic in and out of The City is bumper-to-bumper heading south.

Motorists are being diverted at Nelson Street, Jemmots Lane and Dunlow Lane.

The section from Nelson Street to Dunlow Lane and Jemmotts Lane remains closed because of a fire earlier Wednesday at the old Ministry of Health complex.

There is asbestos in the roof and the Barbados Fire Service advised people to avoid the area.

Motorists should seek alternative routes, where possible. (ST)
