Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating missing man Ranaco Fabio Richard Bovell.
The 22-year-old, of 4th Ave Gills Gap, Eagle Hall, St Michael, was last seen by his mother Latoya Lloyd about 8 p.m. on June 8. She reported him missing.
Bovell is 5 feet 6 inches tall, stoutly built, of dark complexion, with a low haircut, round face, thick lips, short neck, flat forehead, small eyes, large bat ears, and broad shoulders.
He is bow legged and walks with a bounce. He has a light voice and draws out his words when speaking. At the time, he was wearing a yellow Nike tee shirt and a ¾ dark blue jeans pants.
