Cancer Support Services’ (CSS) latest donation to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital (QEH) is expected to help the facility better manage its linens.

Director of nursing services Henderson Pinder made that point yesterday at Cancer Support Services’ Dayrells Road, Christ Church, office where he accepted inco pads, an aspirator, a commode and several marked sheet sets including pillowcases.

“These sheets that you see here, with this special logo, will be used on Ward C12. The logo is one of the things that help us to manage our linen better by having each marked. Each ward has specific markings for their sheets.

“We have not been experiencing any problems with our linen management over the last couple of days,” Pinder said. (TG)
