Scaffold disagreement turns ugly

Share post:

It all started over an argument about how to erect a scaffold.

By the time the argument was over, the foreman had been rushed to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital (QEH) with facial injuries, while Errol Demond Jacobs was carted off by police for injuring him.

Those were some of the facts outlined to the No 5 Supreme Court when Jacobs reappeared there yesterday.

Jacobs, 42, of 2nd Avenue Arthurs Land, Tweedside Road, St Michael, had been arraigned with causing serious bodily harm to his foreman Rory Marshall with intent on February 11, 2013. (HLE)
