Man shot and killed at Dover

A man was pronounced dead on the scene in the area of the Dover Kiosks, near the beach at Dover, Christ Church.

Police at the Hastings-Worthing Police Station received a telephone call around 2:30 a.m. indicating that a man appeared to have been shot and killed.

A medical doctor pronounced death.

As police investigations continue, the individual has not been identified and they are appealing to anyone who may be able to do so to contact the Hastings-Worthing Police Station.

They are also appealing to the public for information pertaining to this incident. Anyone who may have witnessed it or has any information about the circumstance surrounding this incident should contact the Hastings-Worthing Police Station at 430 7615/14, police emergency at 211 or any other police station.
