Two men are scheduled to appear in Court today, charged in connection with the death of Mitchell Nicholls.

They are Victor Martin Hoyte (left), 20 years, of Exchange Hill, St Michael; and Devere Elon Tony Gittens, 26 years, of 2nd Avenue Bibby’s Lane, St Michael.

Hoyte and Gittens are jointly charged with the murder of Nicholls, sometime between December 23 and 25, as well as arson to a car belonging to Nicholls Bakery Inc. on December 24.

They are scheduled to appear before Chief Magistrate Ian Weekes in the District ‘A’ Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday.

The body of 28-year-old Nicholls was retrieved from a well at Exchange Hill on December 29. Police had earlier that day issued a missing persons report for him. He was last seen on December 23 by his adopted mother Cheryl Nicholls, and at that time, he was driving a black car. (PR/SAT)
