Facing arch-rivals Burger King Clapham Bulls in the knockout final named after late BABA president Derrick Garrett, Pinelands played with passion and purpose to win comfortably 86-71.

Most Valuable Player Rasheed Maynard scored a game-high 30 points, eight rebounds and three assists for Pinelands, who led 19-17, 37-32 and 64-43 in the first three quarters.

During a post-match interview, Pinelands coach Renaldo Maughn said he had full confidence in his players and was happy with their efforts. (ML)
