Labourer’s death ‘a lesson for employers’

CONSTRUCTION WORKER Andell McGarell’s death should not be in vain.

Minister of Labour Colin Jordan made that point as he urged employers to do more to improve working conditions.

“The death should not be in vain. We should take something from it that could be positive. That would be to make sure our surroundings; our working environment are safe for everybody,” Jordan said. (TG)
