Twenty-six hopefuls have punch their tickets for the semi-finals of this year’s Junior Monarch Competition.
The Nation Cultural Foundation this morning released the names, 13 of whom will each compete in the calypso and soca categories.
This year, the NCF will stage two Junior Monarch tents on Sunday, June 15 and Sunday, June 22 at the Queen’s Park Steel Shed.
The semi-finals will be held on Sunday, July 7 and the finals on Saturday, July 20, both at the National Botanical Gardens.
