Share post:

The Barbados Meteorological Services (BMS) has issued a Flash Flood Watch for the island.

There is a medium possibility of water settlements occurring on roads and fields, particularly at the foot of hills and along coastal roads. Additionally, existing water bodies such as ponds may experience adjustments in water levels.

Traffic routes may also be affected, with some roads potentially becoming impassable, leading to significant delays.

Residents are advised to stay informed by monitoring updates from the Barbados Meteorological Services, Department of Emergency Management, and Government Information Service.

The public is encouraged to take necessary precautions to ensure safety during this period. (BMS)
