Police have identified the victim of the fatal road accident in St. Philip this morning as Andre Mark Scott, 48, of #58 Snapper Drive, Dolphin Park, Christ Church.
The accident occurred around 11:05 a.m. along Six Roads when Scott’s vehicle struck a sidewalk and embankment before overturning.
Emergency personnel pronounced him dead at the scene.
A front seat passenger in the vehicle was treated and discharged by ambulance services on-site.
Investigations are ongoing.
