A Dream Team is bringing a new band to the Crop Over scene and they are hoping that it will be a staple
going forward.
Dream Mas is bringing Dare To Dream with six sections – Eden, Opulence, Freedom, Wild Hearts, Erotica and Fete.
Rawle Permanand is the creative director behind Dream Mas and has years of experience in the business of carnival.
“It was just under a year ago that we thought up this concept. The theme comes from the Google definition of dream.”
Stevenson Belle, one of the directors, said the brand Dream Team Entertainment came about in 2022 and in 2024 was part of the band Vida X Esquire with a section.
“We are a brand that dares to dream and 2025 will be a special one for us.”
At the launch on Tuesday at Limegrove Centre, Richard Rollock, one of the members who is also a director of Island Mas, said: “We started with a vision, with a dream. We knew we wanted to come on board with something new for 2025. It took a while to get to this point because the carnival industry is transforming so much.”
The band is targeting 600 revellers.
