A man was pronounced dead at the scene of an early morning accident along Paradise Road, St George.
Police say the driver of a double cab motor van was travelling along the road in the direction of Applewhaites around 2:40 a.m. Friday and overtook another vehicle. He appeared to lose control and was thrown from the vehicle.
Ambulance personnel who were summoned to the scene found no signs of life and a medical doctor pronounced death.
The front and rear seat passengers complained of injury and were transported to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital by ambulance.
Police are conducting investigations. (PR/SAT)
