The Ministry of Transport and Works (MTW), in partnership with C.O. Williams Construction Ltd, will begin roadworks between the Errol Barrow Roundabout (Graeme Hall) and the Top Rock Roundabout, Christ Church.

The milling and paving project starts tonight, Friday and is expected to last for three weeks, weather permitting.

Work will take place nightly from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. During this time, only local and emergency access will be allowed.

Traffic travelling east will detour at the roundabout via Highway 7 toward Oistins or Maxwell Hill. Those heading to Bridgetown can continue along the highway to Rendezvous Hill.

Motorists are urged to seek alternative routes and obey all signage and directions from traffic control personnel.

MTW and C.O. Williams Construction Ltd. apologise for the inconvenience and thank businesses, residents, and motorists for their cooperation.

Infra Construction Inc., in collaboration with the Ministry of Transport and Works (MTW), will begin milling and paving works along the ABC Highway from the JTC Ramsay Circle (Bussa Roundabout) in Haggatt Hall to the SJPI Roundabout, Wildey, St. Michael.

The project will commence on Saturday, starting with the southern lanes. Work will take place nightly from 8:30 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. and is expected to last approximately four weeks.

During the roadworks, Transport Board buses and motorists will need to detour at the JTC Ramsay Circle. The detour route will proceed west to Two Mile Hill, turn left at Pine Plantation Road, continue to the junction at Collymore Rock, and follow onto Wildey, where motorists can reconnect to the ABC Highway.

For those accessing bus stops along the route, the bus stop at the top of Wildey Hill (BET) will be available.

The road will be closed during paving hours, and diversion routes will be in effect. Motorists are encouraged to follow all posted signs and instructions from traffic wardens.

MTW and Infra Construction Inc. apologise for the inconvenience and thank businesses, residents, and motorists for their patience and cooperation. (MTW)
