There are reports of a second shooting tonight.
Two men – a young man and an older one – are said to have been shot at Six Roads, St Philip.
Police have confirmed that the 22-year-old has passed away.
Earlier tonight police had also confirmed that a man was injured in a drive-by shooting in Venture St John.
