UPDATE: Copeland remanded to Dodds

Elijah Akeem Copeland was remanded to Dodds Prison when he appeared in the District ‘A’ Criminal Court #2 on Thursday.

Copeland 25, of Chase Gap, Halls Road, St Michael was charged with possession, intent to supply and trafficking of 400 grams of cannabis with an estimated street value of $2 000. He pleaded guilty to those offences.

He was not required to plead to the other charges of possession of a firearm and ten rounds of ammunition.

Magistrate Manilla Renee remanded him until August 5, 2025. (PR/SAT)
