Three charged with murder and other offences

Police have charged three of the men alleged to have wreaked havoc on Sunday June 22, including the murder of Gavin Archer, at Whitehall Main Road, St Michael.

Miliki Colvin Forde, 18 years of Belleview Gap Waterford, St Michael; Carlos Tito Mann, 36, of Smith Road, Sargeants Village, Christ Church and Jacobi Omari Fenty – no address given – are scheduled to appear in the District ‘A’ Criminal Court on Wednesday, July 16, 2025.

Archer, 24, was shot while leaving a shop along Whitehall Main Road after four masked men on two motorcycles opened fire. In viral video on social media, the accused had earlier fired shots in Nelson Street and Wellington Street, The City.

Other joint charges on that day include two counts of violent disorder, use of a firearm, endangering life and criminal damage.

The trio is also facing a slew of separate and joint charges from other incidents across multiple jurisdictions.
