Man remanded on numerous charges

A 31-year-old man was remanded to Dodds Prison after pleading guilty to a number of charges in the Oistins jurisdiction.

Ricardo Antonio Agard of no fixed place of abode, faced numerous counts including theft, burglary and criminal damage when he appeared before Magistrate Deidre McKenna in the Oistins Magistrate Court on Monday. He is scheduled to reappear on August 25.

Agard was not required to plead to the charge of theft in relation to Deborah Watkins, alleged to have taken place on July 12 in the Hastings/Worthing jurisdiction. That matter was transferred to the District ‘A’ Criminal court for August 7.

All offences are alleged to have taken place between November 29, 2024 and July 20, 2025.

●         Burglary – Canon Mark Harewood July 20th, 2025

●         Loitering – Two (2) counts Michelle Holdip June 13th and 15th, 2025

●         Criminal Damage – Tashana Cain July 19th, 2025

●         Possession of Apparatus – July 20th, 2025
