Update
Peter MacFarren Rouse, 30, of Lot 3D2 Scotts Terrace, Grazettes, St Michael, has been arrested and formally charged with affray and unlawful use of a firearm.
The offences allegedly occurred on January 3, 2026.
Rouse appeared before Magistrate Manila Renee in District ‘A’ Criminal Court No. 2 on Monday, February 23, 2026. He was not required to plead to the indictable offences and was remanded to the Barbados Prison Service (Dodds).
He is scheduled to reappear in court on March 23, 2026.

Rouse, whose last known address is No. 26 Grazettes New Road, St Michael, is approximately five feet 5’ 11” in height, with a medium build and brown complexion.
He is advised that he can present himself to the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) at the Black Rock Police Station, accompanied by an attorney-at-law of his choice.
Anyone who may know the whereabouts of Peter Macfarren Rouse, is asked to contact the CID at the Black Rock Police Station at telephone numbers 417-7505/417-7500, Police Emergency at 211, Crime Stoppers at 1 800-8477 or the nearest police station.
