First homicide for 2026 at Worthing Beach

The body of a male was discovered lying on the beach at Worthing, Christ Church last night.

Police says they received a report around 7:37 p.m. that gunshots were heard in the area.

Medical assistance was sought, a medical doctor subsequently visited the scene, examined the body and pronounced death.

Investigations are continuing into the matter which marks the first homicide for 2026.
