CG Zest Wellness, the wellness division of Coralisle Group Ltd., has officially launched in Barbados, expanding access to its corporate wellness programme for members of the Group Medical Insurance product offered through CG United Insurance Ltd.

The programme, which has operated for more than a decade in Bermuda, the Bahamas and the Cayman Islands, provides access to health and wellness resources aimed at supporting workplace and community wellbeing and encouraging healthier lifestyles.

The Barbados rollout began in April 2025 and has already included health screenings, fitness events, farmers’ market tours and wellness education webinars.

Leading the local expansion is Ramon “Doddy” Dodson, Corporate Wellness Coordinator for Barbados and the Eastern Caribbean.

“In 2025, we energised our members and the wider community through health screenings, fitness events, farmer’s market tours, and wellness education webinars. We’ve seen many people take real steps toward better health,” Dodson said.

He added that the Zest Wellness app is central to the programme’s delivery.

“At the heart of the programme is the Zest Wellness app, powered by Personified Health, a leading global wellness company. This digital platform empowers members to set goals, track progress, access educational content, and connect with wellness coaches. Its user-friendly design ensures every member can embark on a personalised wellness journey.”

In addition to the app, the programme partners with local health and wellness businesses to provide discounts on products and services. According to CG, the initiative is intended to encourage community engagement, improve work-life balance and support long-term wellness habits.

Looking ahead, CG Zest Wellness said it plans to expand its offerings in summer 2026 with new initiatives, including Lifestyle Lift, a multi-week wellness series led by wellness experts and designed around emerging health trends.

Jacqueline Perreault, Director of Wellness at Coralisle Group, said the initiative reflects the company’s broader wellness goals.

“Through the Zest Wellness programme, CG is committed to fostering healthy lifestyles for Barbadians and our members. By providing innovative programs, practical tools, and opportunities for community engagement, we help people create lasting habits that support wellbeing now and for years to come.” (JC)
