Wanted man now in police custody

Tonio Thelstone Garnes, who was the subject of a wanted bulletin issued by police on Thursday, is now in custody.

The Barbados Police Service said Garnes presented himself at District ‘B’ Police Station on Thursday and is currently assisting investigators with inquiries into serious criminal matters.

Police had earlier issued a public appeal seeking information on his whereabouts.

The Barbados Police Service thanked members of the public and the media for their assistance in the matter.
