The Barbados Police Service is today mourning the passing of Kenrick Marshall.
Marshall, who retired at the level of sergeant, lived at Joe’s River, St Joseph.
He also made a name for himself in the Barbados Cricket Association competitions as an allrounder, playing alongside Sylvester Louis, Leslie Reifer Sr and Stanton Proverbs for the Police Sports Club.
The Police team dominated the Division 1 three-day tournament in the 1980s when they won a hat-trick of titles.
He later played for YMPC where he also had a major impact on their success in the top-flight competitions.
Marshall represented Barbados at the Under-19 level.
