Police showcase exposes students to career opportunities

Students from 16 schools were exposed to the various departments within the service as they were shown what the police service has to offer.

Inspector Ryan Brathwaite said they continued to get plenty of numbers through their recruitment process, but progress was slow.

Through the showcase, he hopes that students gather an appreciation for the job and commit to one of the many youth-based programmes available. (JRN)
