LONDON – Brian Lara will not play for English county Surrey the Daily Telegraph has reported.The south London club had been trying to lure the 41-year-old former West Indies captain to play but the Telegraph reported yesterday that talks with Lara had fallen through and the county would no longer be pursuing his services.
