Seeing the real problem

We now have reusable bags in supermarkets in Barbados. Butthe real problem is not the plastic bag itself, but the people;  they are the ones who discard them improperly.So you’re going to stop selling cars, gasolene and alcohol because of vehicular traffic accident fatalities? They are all peoples’ problems. People need to take control.
