A 37-YEAR-OLD CHRIST CHURCH MAN was last night being questioned in connection with the murder of Sharece Griffith, whose body was found near Wotton Plantation House, Christ Church, on Monday night.
The 31-year-old shop attendant of Kingsland Gardens in the same parish was discovered by a group of people who were passing through the area. Griffith apparently received a number of stab wounds to her upper body.
Meanwhile, 53-year-old Isathar Carson Ishmael was still detained at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital following serious knife-inflicted injuries to his throat last week Wednesday.
Ismael was hospitalised following the discovery of the body of his common-law wife in the backyard of their home at The Woods, The Ivy, St Michael.
Callista “Theresa” Alleyne, 51, was chopped several times across her body. (TS)
