GRADUATES of St Gabriel’s School were yesterday advised to use real-life examples of people they knew or whom they had read about to inspire them to succeed.
The counsel came from principal Carol Vaughan at the school’s 2010 graduation ceremony.
Using as her theme Knowledge Is The Key To Success, Vaughan encouraged students to remember that nothing was impossible.
“You have come a long way since you first started school, either here at St Gabriel’s or elsewhere, and I know that you will agree with me that you have been blessed to have had such wonderful and caring teachers along the way.
“As you leave us to continue your educational journey, we wish you every success, confident in the knowledge that you have been provided with an excellent foundation at St Gabriel’s,” Vaughan said.
The school’s top boy in this year’s Common Entrance Examination was Brandon Boras and the top girl was Noy Hassid. (AH)
