SYDNEY – Two people were killed after their light plane crashed in a Sydney neighbourhood yesterday, narrowly missing houses and an elementary school. Seven people on the ground were hospitalised for emotional distress.
The charred aircraft was so mangled after crashing into a power pole that authorities initially had trouble determining how many people were on board. (AP)
