Dominic Beaubrun has been appointed general manager of Starcom Network Inc., effective today.Beaubrun, a University of the West Indies graduate, has more than 14 years’ experience as an executive in the media industry.He has held positions of chief operating officer, programme manager, sales and marketing manager and marketing manager in the region.Beaubrun has been a representative at the Caribbean Broadcasting Union and a past president of the Trinidad and Tobago Publishers and Broadcasters Association.
