SHANE RAMSAY turned in another impactful bowling performance as CGI Maple dismissed ESA Field Pickwick for a modest 165 in 54.1 overs after they opted to bat yesterday. In reply, Maple closed on 47 for one off 18 overs.Off-spinner Ramsay took five for 63 including three of the top five as the visitors limped to 75 for five after play started 15 minutes late because of rain.It took a sixth-wicket stand of 63 between Pickwick captain Rondelle Yearwood and Jared Gilkes (30) to repair the damage caused by the early collapse. The stand was broken when Yearwood was run out after counting eight threes and a four in his topscore of 43.It opened the door for another collapse and Ramsay added two more scalps as Pickwick’s last five wickets tumbled for 27 runs.Left-arm spinner Kemar Johnson gave admirable support with three for 39.Maple lost veteran opener Pedro Agard cheaply but Renaldo Parris (29 not out) and left-hander Jason Worrell showed the necessary vigilance in avoiding further alarms before the close.
