RIO DE JANEIRO – Brazil’s team doctor says Kaka was not fully fit to play at the World Cup.Jose Luis Runco told Brazilian media yesterday the playmaker never completely regained his best physical condition following a series of injuries ahead of the tournament in South Africa.Runco told GloboEsporte.com and other local media after arriving in Brazil that “in a different situation Kaka wouldn’t even play”. He added that the Real Madrid midfielder’s physical fitness “was at about 85 per cent”.The doctor praised Kaka’s “dedication” and said he did “all he could” to perform well in the tournament. (AP)
