A CHRIST CHURCH woman and her boyfriend are to appear in the Oistin’s Magistrates’ Court today accused of trying to pervert the course of justice by falsifying a robbery and rape report.
Rickisha Scott, 18, of Fairy Valley, is charged that sometime between June 30 and last Tuesday, she reported to police that she was robbed and raped by Gregory Hope in order to protect her boyfriend Corey Kellman of the same address.
Hope is the alleged victim in a criminal case brought by police against Kellman. Both Scott and Kellman are also jointly charged with conspiring to pervert the course of justice by making a false report against Hope. (TS)
