THE BARBADOS LEGISLATORS – post Independence – have been and still are mostly black and males.

They have given women the upper-hand in child custody, child support, child visitation, domestic abuse and marital divorce.

The men (Johns) are spared from this. The prostitution act was carried out by both genders.
