A smiling Party Monarch winner Blood getting a feel of his new $89 000 car which he easily won after Sweet Soca monarch TC declined to compete in the Soca Royale clash at Bushy Park, St Philip, yesterday.The show ended in controversy following the uncharitable booing of TC by hundreds in the crowd after being declared the winner of the competition for the second consecutive year.
